These terms are an agreement between you and HMBL Labs, LLC covering your use of the Dewey app and related services. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

What Dewey is

Dewey is a water tracking app: you log drinks, it tracks your progress toward a daily goal, keeps streaks, and sends reminders you choose to enable. It is a paid app with no free tier; access requires an active subscription or a lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions and purchases

Dewey offers a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a plan includes a free trial, the unused portion is forfeited when you purchase, and the subscription bills when the trial ends unless canceled first.
The lifetime purchase unlocks Dewey permanently on your account. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; request them through Apple.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

Your content

Your hydration logs and settings are yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and process them so the app works. That is the only reason we touch them; see the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no breaking in, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or using Dewey to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Not medical advice

Dewey's goals and reminders are general wellness suggestions, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hydration needs vary; talk to a doctor about what is right for you, especially if you have a condition affected by fluid intake.

Service changes

We may update, add, or remove features, and we work to keep Dewey available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If we ever discontinue Dewey entirely, active subscribers get the remainder of what they paid for or a refund of it.

Disclaimers and liability

Dewey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, HMBL Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Dewey after that means you accept the new terms.
